I am trying to link up a single tx/rx feed transverter to my 7000dle. I have read the manual but still not sure whether the sma tvtr socket on rear panel is just for tx or whether rx also can go through that when tvtr is enabled and hf pa disabled in set up.

I have a one year old (still under EU 2 year warranty) Anan 7000dle radio for sale. Mint condition, with original boxes, fuses etc. Prefer buyer inspects and collects but can arrange on air sched if buyer wishes to arrange own choice insured courier, and I can triple box it with packing.

I have finally round to plugging a footswitch into ptt-in socket on the rear of my 7000 but pressing the footswitch doesnt put the 7000 into tx. I have also tried another footswitch.

Am i missing something in software that needs to be activated for the ptt in to work?
