Kepco ATE 25-40M

Dear OM's,

Anyone experience with this power supply: Kepco ATE 25-40M.
Should be able to provide 13.8 volts and 40A.
Couldn't find much reviews on the WWW, Even Eham hasn't got a review on this power supply.
