"Thetis (v2.6.4) crashes on start if the regional settings use comma (',') as number fractional part separator."

I have problems with my Anan 100D!
When I switch to cw mode, the radio starts to transmit !!
I thought it was a Thetis problem and switched back to mRX v 3.4.2
but still the same problem.
No key is connected.
Any help is appreciated!
