Re: Problems with handling the database management
Since two months I have the Olliter OL-SD20A and in OL-Master it's in the old way: Export DB, Import DB and Reset DB. Nice and easy. I don't need more.

Re: How to build Thetis in Visual Studio?
From the c# side you can generally ignore these warnings. Unused variables are stripped out of the compiled IL/Jit, so they incur no additional size or runtime overhead. The only exception is an object you instantiate and never use—its constructor still runs, so you’ll pay that cost.

cheers Scott for the post. I have just quickly released 2.10.3.10 as few issues cropped up. Perhaps worth locking this, creating new pinned thread, with both changelogs 2.10.3.9 and 2.10.3.10.

Re: Olliter software looks a LOT like Thetis
As I understand GNU GPL v2 licensing, you can modify and change open-source software in any way. However, you are only required to provide the source code to those who have received the corresponding binary based on that changed source. In this case, access to the binary is granted after a $5,000 ...

Yeah, indeed. I have removed the PI menu entry for 7000/8000/G2/RedP/Anvelina in a work in progress build here.laurencebarker wrote: Path Illustrator in Thetis hasn't worked for several generations of hardware, and would (I imagine) be a lot of effort for little return.

Re: Having more than one Thetis program on desktop at a time
I got both running now but I have to run an older version for the HL2 that does not have the new database manager. The new database manager in the latest HL2 version overwrites the Anan database.

this has been resolved in 2.10.3.7 a while ago, available in the discord testing group. We are on dev7 of that version already in testing. The issue was introduced in a recent windows update. You can get around it in older versions by resizing console.png located in the skin you are using, to a much ...

Re: G2 - Wideband RX Display Shows No Activity
WB display in Thetis is very bare bones, doesn't employ directX, and will crash Thetis if made too wide (> 4096 pixels). It needs updating, new features added etc. etc. but is not something I use, so doesn't really feature on my todo list.... yet.

Re: G2 - Wideband RX Display Shows No Activity
There doesn't seem to be anything obvious on the Thetis client side that is preventing a G2, perhaps it is not supported yet by the hardware, unsure.

Re: controlling a USB board
It was something Doug put in a while ago, but it needed re-writing as it left many open ended issues, which I did sometime last year.
It is a binary coded decimal output based on band
GEN, 60m, 2m, WWV, VHF0-13, SWL bands = 0 (0000)
160M = 1 (0001)
80M = 2 (0010)

30M = 4 (0100)

yes, you had probably shifted it at some point. You can hold shift and drag a filter to the other sideband. This can be prevented if the option 'limit filter edges to sidebands' is ticked on in setup->filters

reset your filters for RX2, by right clicking on the rx2 filters and select reset. You may have shifted the filter over and it now looks like USB?
