Awesome updates. Especially the rotor controller function.
Is there a fix for the data line width and data line color/ fill on transmit? If you change the data line color, it also changes the data fill. Also the width adjustment doesn't work. So its always different than my receive. Especially ...

Re: Are There Two Meter Skin Directories?
Like I mentioned, I did put the modified meter .png's into the meters folder in the skin directory. I checked and unchecked the "add to current skin" box and nothing happens.
Maybe im not quite understanding what you're saying.

Ok, so a few weeks back, I added an OE3IDE meter skin pack. Its been working great. Today, I wanted to modify the "dark mode" meter skins and add my touch to them. I did so and I made sure to modify all 3 .png files for the dark meters. Weird thing is, when I fire up the ...

Not sure if this has been discussed already, but on the new 2.10.3.3, When I turn the grey-line map on, then off, the spectral area image disappear and the only way to get it to reappear is a software restart. Not a huge issue by any stretch. Just wanted to document it.

Re: Thetis v2.10.3.3 released
Hi Perry,
It is because either side of the spot 3.885 it has the 75m SSB entries. The same could be done with the 11m spot frequencies, but there would be a lot of fillers to rebuild the 11m areas, 41 one of them in Clint's case.
Cheers.

@WA6TMJ
You need to remove the 11m entry, as yours fall inside that, so all of yours get dumped. It has always been like that as I have not touched that code. Downside is that it will show out of band when just outside your spot channel frequencies. You could add a whole bunch to include the ...

Noise Floor Issue On 12m/11m
So, when I tune up from the top band edge of 12 meters, to I guess its 11 meters, the noise floor rises considerably and covers up incoming signals. Even when I switch from an antenna to my dummy load, the noise floor doesn't change. But if I go just below 24.990, the noise floor drops to an S2 ...

Awesome! Thanks to all who helped out on this release and who have helped in the past. I've really been enjoying the "compiled", early meter version and this will be great. I'm big into visuals. And next on my list it remoting! Also, I wish that we could still set MNF's by using the scroll wheel ...

Great so far here. No hiccups. No issues. Only a couple of questions. Whats the "meter test" button used for? I havent seen it do anything when I press it. Also, whats the small dot int he upper right of the meter window (next to the "x" & when you press it, it turns into an arrow, then another ...

I run 150% scaling on a 4k monitor, same resolution, and it's perfectly fine weather thetis is maximized or the window is resized and not taking up the entire screen. Man, if I change the scaling to anything bigger, everything on screen is giant. I mean like way too big.

Re: TX power some bands
Try hitting the tune button instead. Or if in ssb, modulate because you're not going to show any power out on ssb without modulation. This may not make a difference because you said you have power out on some bands, but worth a shot.

I found it. Thanks Scott. Now isn't there a way to have both versions on my PC at one time? I remember doing it in the past, I think
. Or do I have to do the rename file method?
Thanks

Richie,
Is a S/N Ratio meter in the future at any point? IMO a S/N Ratio (SNR) meter is actually much more relevant than a simple S-meter because it actually shows the signal level relative to the noise level , which is much more valuable info than just the raw S-meter reading of a signal.

Re: Noise cancelling / Phasing using diversity
I use a 15' per side, square, "loop on the ground" antenna for my "noise source" antenna. I've tried everything from a long wire, a 75m inverted v, and a G5RV. The LOG antenn has been the best for my local RFI and the bands I normally have issues on (75m and 160m). It works best on 75m. It takes ...

So last night I decided to put a fan on the right rear (looking at it from the front) of the radio. Doing 3 minutes on, 3 minutes off, of 50w carrier, I would lose 1 watt of power. By the time I would key back up after 3 minutes, the fan would cool things down and the power would be back at 50w. I ...
