@Harry W2QAQ, I will re-release it in a few hours, and rebuild it for 4.8.0. There are probably going to be others impacted by this. It was not a change made out of necessity to be honest.

However I'm running Win7 Ultimate and Thetis 2.10.3 needs .NET Framework 4.8.1 to run but .NET Framework 4.8.1 won't run on Win7 Ultimate O/S.

I know the simple solution would be to upgrade my O/S to Win10 but I really don't want to do that. So I guess I am stuck at v2.10.2.2

Well I think the most important information is missing from you yet. I think the actual error message would be quite relevant in the matter ;)! That would certainly point the group in the group in the right direction at least if not the specific cause.

I don't know about WIN7 compatibility but you do have hold down the control key when starting Thetis after unpacking the update zip file into the install folder and overwriting files with same name.
