For two instance:
To protect TX if using two instance, you need to use tx_enable: flag
example:
MSHV_0 is on TX1
MSHV_1 is on TX2
if MSHV_0 TXing you soft need to send signal to MSHV_1 <- tx_enable:1,false;
if MSHV_1 TXing you soft need to send signal to MSHV_0 <- tx_enable:0,false;

MSHV TCI RX1 I ask for RX1 id=0 <-> Thetis return RX1 id=-1 <- wrong RX1 need to be id=0
