In File/Settings/Advanced make sure you do NOT have Tone Spacing X2 or X4 checked.
Once I have done that, I can hear it through my speakers, I can even see my self in JTAlert ...

It sounds like there are 2 tones, I have recorded it so you can blow your ear drums

DUP is on and MON does not do anything.

I have an Anan G2 and using Thetis v2.10.3.4.
In that last few days I have noticed that when I use WSJT-x, Thetis goes out of frequency, I have attached a screen shot of what happens.
