G2 Poor Sensitivity on Ant1 but better on Bypass Ant

Problem when ant connected to Ant 1 poor sensitivity. When connected to Bypass Ant signals ok.In ant settings i click band and bypass. Am using Thetis V2.10.3.10 .Any suggestions? Is it a hardware
problem needing return or in software with Thetis settings needing change? Had G2 less than one week ...
