Looks like this is the point. It should not be visible if all went right.

As you can see in the cmASIO5 the drive show up in Thetis Audio...there is no diference if I remove it from the Registry

Does your UMC appear in Thetis audio setup if it is registrated in registry? It should not be an option to switch to and should not be displayed.

The same thing that is shown when I run hostsample.exe
I followed your instructions and still only get the odd audio sound as I turn up the volume on the Volt. It's odd that YouTube video audio plays back perfectly ...

What was the text you used to populate the registry string value? Have you tried to tease-out the correct driver name by using the hostsample.exe utility (linked in the Quickstart instructions)? Also you can peek at the ASIO dropdown in VAC1 for driver names on your machine.
