Steve, your touch screen problem has nothing to do with Thetis. It's more or less Windows related. If the display's touch controller (mini-USB Type B connector) is properly connected and the driver for it is installed, you should see the "HID-compliant touch screen" entry in Device Manager...

I just started with an empty database and did a level calibration.
After restarting Thetis, the calibrated value is gone.
Calibrated again, restarted, calibrated value disappeared again.

Have you changed the screen resolution or scaling?
What is the standard resolution of your notebook display?
