Re: Controller V2
Hi Wayne, There is not enough information to help you out here. - Are you sure the Controller is on the same LAN segment as your DLE? The built-n computer in the 7000 will likely need to be disconnected. - Do you have more than one radio on your LAN? I found that the Controller could nor connect to ...

Re: Thetis v2.9.0 - Updates and Issues
Hi Richie,
After installing rev 4 Thetis does not seem to connect to the radio properly. No firmware version is shown and the radio does not seem to be alive. The frequency windows and power button light up.
I was previously using the latest release.

Re: Controller V2 Preorders
Hi Scott, You do not need a keyboard and mouse to operate the Pi Controller for regular SSB/CW operation. All can be controlled from the touch screen, controls and the menu. The interface is actually very well designed. As for the documentation, I did an edit of the original (version 1) controller d...

BTW do you have a link to the upgrade process? I remember seeing it somewhere, but have lost the link. I upgraded yesterday and lost audio on Ch#1. Ch#2 works fine, so I ran in split mode this evening, I did not see any other changes, so perhaps I did something wrong. 73 de va7qi, ....Erik.

Hi Anthony,
Try changing the profile in the initial screen - the one you see before a radio is actually discovered.

Re: piHPSDR S-Meter calibration
Hi Volker,
I haven't found any way to calibrate the S-meter and on my radio the S-meter shows about 6 dB low.
I took a - granted brief - look at the code to see if there was any obvious place to change the meter reading, but I did not find anything.

one for the wish list: The ability to use the bandstack or memories from RX2. If I run FT8 on RX1 I cant just swap the receivers to change to a bandstack entry or to one of the memories. The bandstack and or memories could be the same as for RX1 or they could be separate. 73 de va7qi, ....Erik.

Re: Thetis v2.8.11 - current issues
The enabling of CFC seems to disappear when I switch from digital profile to the canned CFC-28, which I modified a little. Other modifications seem to remain in the saved profile. I have to go in and enable it every time I switch from digital mode. I agree with Scott that the TX profiles are very us...

Hi Richie,
I am using the released version of 2.8.11, f/w 2.0b on a 3000 DLE MkII. The button is on the lower right side of the Andromeda display.
Sorry, can't do a screen shot at the moment.

Re: Controller V2 and PC communication
Hi Enzo, I have had a brief look at the source code and it appears that remote access is at least considered. Re: Controller V2 and PC communication
Hi Enzo, I have both Thetis and piHPSDR and I do not find any difference in the way the audio sounds or the overall signal processing. With Protocol 2 you can actually get up to 1.5 Mbps sample rate, but the audio will then sound very choppy. Up to 760 kbps it is fine. In piHPSDR you have little con...

Re: Settings WSJT-X <> lin HPSDR ?
Hi Leif, I do not use LinHPSDR, but WSJT-X has a radio setting for "FlexRadio/Anan PowerSDR/Thetis, which works fine here for both my Anan-10 and the 7000 DLE. Now, that is the setting for audio and don't forget to configure the VAC devices as well. Good luck and 73 de va7qi, ....Erik.

I hooked the Controller up to my Anan 7000 DLE MKII for a SSB QSO on 80 m. Here is what I noticed: - After selecting Protocol 2, it found the radio very quickly - It works well with one receiver. I used default sampling rate. - Interesting that the AGC/Gain cannot be set below -100. In my case, that...
