What model radios did you use in the settings? I run the DXLabs suite, and in PowerSDR I have it identifying as "PowerSDR", and in Commander I am using "SDR-5000" as the radio model type. This seems to work quite well.

I use a P-Touch labeler with tape that prints white lettering on black tape. Then I use a sharp scissor, X-acto knife, a steady hand and a lot of patience. I remember you reporting this issue previously. However nobody else is reporting this issue (yet). It is possible that it is a hardware issue with your radio. Have you tried reloading the firmware?
