Anan100D with HM-219 Icom mic

Hi,
This grey 100D Angelia came up at a great price so I jumped in!. I am fortunate to have a 7000dle mk2 which uses a balanced dynamic studio mic and a cable made up from Scott's fab guide here > https://apache-labs.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2790"Better" option.
Previous owner said he used a "mono" plug with a dynamic mic. I wanted to do the bootloader switch mode JP17 so I opened her up to have a look and found JP4 using pins 1&2, Nothing on JP5 and JP6.
I would like to try the HM219 which is a good sounding mic on the Icoms. I planned to make a short lead 8pin>TRS but if someone could check them for me and correct where needed I would really apprecite it.
1) Move jumper JP4 to use pins 2&3 (Tip)
2) Connect Pin1 on Mic to TRS Tip
3) Place Jumper JP5 to use pins 2&3 (Enable Bias Mic on Tip)
4) Place jumper JP6 to use pins 1&2 (PTT on Ring)
5) Connect Pin5 on Mic to TRS Ring
6) Connect Pin7 on Mic to TRS Sleeve
I do have doubts and wonder what powers the electret that usually comes from Pin2 but would this work and how to make it so.
Thanks in advance.
