W2IHY settings for anan 8000dle
Before anything else Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone! Does anyone use W2IHY system on their set up? I was recently gifted W2IHY 8 band EQ and EQ plus and I was looking for some settings for Anan radios but to know avail. If somebody uses this system maybe you can share some settings to start out with. Thanks!

There's absolutely no reason to use a W2IHY box when Thetis provides many times the capability built-in.
With the box you get 8 fixed bands of EQ. With Thetis you get TWO separate EQ's with TEN bands of semi-parametric adjustment
With the box you get a single band compressor. With Thetis you get THREE separate stages of compression: leveler, CFC and ALC. And the CFC stage is a TEN band semi-parametric compressor.
With the box you get a downward expander with a single gain control knob. With Thetis you get a fully adjustable downward expander.
