Windows 11 upgrade causing some instability in ASIO

After doing a Windows 11 upgrade, my config that was stable in Win10 is now giving me stability issues with ASIO audio.
My setup is 2.9.0.6, it's an 11 x64 Pro install
The system is an 8core 16 thread Ryzen at 3.7 GHz, it's a fast system.
Audio interface is a Motu M2, USB on its own USB card/controller
I use Voicemeeter as my mixer/matrix for audio routing and processing.
I've removed, rebooted and fully re-installed all the drivers for the Motu, and Voicemeeter.
I've tried 44.1 sample rate, 48k (my normal mode) and buffer sizes 128-512 with each. Larger buffers lowered the issues a bit but didn't fix it.
wdm-ks interfaces for audio are somewhat more stable but still have pops and clicks that weren't there before.
A very weird oddity is that I use virtual desktops and the sync completely breaks on audio when I toggle away from where Thetis is running. This happens even with no apps running on the other virtual desktops. This did not happen previously.
I believe it's a bug in Windows 11, but just posting to see if anyone has found anything with regard to this.
The image shows the "sine wave" wandering that also goes very irregular and eventually breaks and goes into heavy Overflows and Underflows when things break sync entirely. It used to be stable on the center line when run this same way in Win10.
