WinKeyer: Recommended PTT Lead and Tail times

I would be curious to learn which PTT Lead and Tail times you are using on the WinKeyer? Currently using a tube amp (vacuum relay, not PIN diode), but I also have a SS amp which has PIN diode for keying the amp.

Then you have delay parameters inside Thetis for CW as well and they need to "jive" with whatever one specifies for the WinKeyer.
