Possible New User Of 7000 DLE - Some Questions

Hello everyone, I currently run a Kenwood TS890 with the matching speaker along with an Elecraft KPA500 & KAP500. I use a Heil Pro7 Headset all into a 49:1 all band end fed. I live in a HOA so I am extremely limited on the type of antenna I can use.
What I am finding is where I thought I would love the knobs and buttons on the Kenwood, I find myself almost exclusively using the 3rd party open890 and running the radio that way, unfortunately, its pretty limiting as to what you can actually achieve using the app. What I like about SDR is that everything is in front of me on my monitor, I think that would make a huge difference to me.
So I am considering a 7000 or 8000 (more than likely the 7000 because I am impatient) and I wanted to know if any of the associated equipment I run with the 890 can be used with the 7K or 8K? What I dont wont to end up doing is spending another bunch of money to make sure the Anan can use my Headset, amp and tuner. I am also wondering that apart from the radio itself, would there be anything else I need to order?
If anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated.
