UPDATED 20 Mar 2022
There is no truly up to date CAT command reference for PowerSDR mRX or Thetis. However, you can use a combination of the following two documents to figure out 90% of your CAT questions:
1. A "Version 3" CAT command reference for the legacy version of PowerSDR, dated March 2014:
https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-PowerSDR/blob/master/Documentation/Radio/PowerSDR-CAT-Command-Reference-Guide-V3.docx
2. The file CATStructs.xml, located in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenHPSDR\PowerSDR mRX PS, or for Thetis in C:\Program Files\OpenHPSDR\Thetis (for those running 32 bit Thetis look in Program Files (x86)). This file contains a comprehensive list of all CAT commands that are currently supported. If the <active> tag is "true", then the command is supported.

Re: CAT command reference and list
I am new to the Apache Labs world and after using a SDR it would be hard to go back to a knob and dial radio. However it has been a struggle to get it all working.
I would like to get my 8000dle (using OpenHPSDRmRx v.3.4.9) working through CAT to my N3FJP logging program. Wish there was a fellow AL owner nearby a I need some serious hand-holding but hopefully a reader(s) of this forum can step me through the process.
Also at some point I would like to connect to my FLDIGI on the laptop for digital modes.
Appreciatively, Rich AA6RS

Rich,
Please start a new topic in this sub-forum. Call it "N3FJP setup", and we'll get you fixed up in a jiffy. We don't want to combine it with this topic.

Re: CAT command reference and list
is there a new link to the CAT command list? I tried the one posted previously in this forum and it just gets me a "download.html" that when clicked on just re-opens the same page, on a Flex site.

Re: CAT command reference and list
There is a much newer version of the CAT manual - which is a year old so still potentially out of date. If there are newer CAT commands I can add them.

Re: CAT command reference and list
While this document is more complete than the one I posted, both seem to carry the same revision and date. That should be updated.
However, IMHO, this document, as well as the one I posted, is too complete, so complete that it is becomes confusing and unwieldy. What is needed is a Thetis-specific CAT command reference. There should be no old Flex-related commands, no deprecated or obsolete commands, no Flex logo, or any other Flex-related references. Similarly, it should not attempt to cover PowerSDR either, only Thetis.
Also, Andromeda specific commands should be set off in their own section and labeled accordingly.
Is this document available in an editable format?

Re: CAT command reference and list
I'm looking for a ZZxx CAT command that will activate a given band from a StreamDeck button - - one button for each band and each button press would cycle through the band-stack memories.
In referring to the latest Thetis and PowerSDR™ 3.x CAT Command Reference Guide, I see the ZZBG command as well as commands to increment the band up and down but that won't achieve the objective.
It's also possible to set a band but requires setting the VFO frequency. However, the point is to cycle through the existing band stacks and NOT set the VFO frequency.
Thoughts?

Re: CAT command reference and list
Got my answer from a list member. The ZZBS command works (e.g., ZZBS160, ZZBS080, etc.)
