jtdx / wsjtx Installation assistance please

Hi Gang, I have my G2 up and running and wanted to get the correct settings for installing JTDX as well a WSJTX. I currenty have on my machine
VAC and VSPE. do i need to down load any thing else. Can someone take time an walk me thru this by telling me what goes in each blank.
I prefer to USE JTDX. i am running Thetis v2.10.2.1 downloaded JTDX V2.2.156

Typing "jtdx" into the search box on the forum here found the following topic which has a lot of good info:

I'd recommend using TCP/IP CAT rather than TCI, both approaches are discussed in that topic. In either case you will not need VSPE. You still do need VAC or some equivalent to move audio.
