7000DLE Very low power output and very poor receive

My 7000 DLE stopped working today.
Very poor receive sensitivity. I need to jam a signal of close to 0dBm into the receiver to get it to respond.
The transmitter shows 100mW output but is drawing 11A+.
I tried both antenna ports and RX2.
Any ideas?

FIXED

reset the database and it's working again!
