I just purchased a used ANAN-10E... trying to get it set up with PowerSDR mRX and the latest firmware. Under the general tab, the firmware version says ANAN: 3.1. From what I'm reading in the Apache Labs forums, this is a Protocol 2 device, so I need to check for protocol 2 ANAN-10E available firmware... Github says the latest is: Hermes v10.3
So, assuming that is the correct firmware for my 10E, how do I update it? I've also read that the HPSDR Programmer does not work on the 10E due to a hardware limitation on the 10E.
Any guidance is appreciated.

Did you read the first three "sticky/tacked" topics right here in the Firmware Discussion Upgrading/Downgrading area where you posted this?
You will have to use Bootloader on the 10E. I recommend you load and start with Protocol 1 firmware. It is, by far, more stable on the 10E. You can use Thetis with Protocol 1 now. The only thing you'll be giving up initially will be sample rates higher than 192KHz. Once you get comfortable with the radio, then consider moving to Protocol 2.

Mark,
Based on your other topic, you are already running P1 firmware. This has to be the case or PowerSDR would not work with your 10E. So no need to switch anything.

I'm not sure how to check for P1 or P2.
I am interested in figuring out if I need to update my 10E firmware.

Well, I've already posted several times that if PowerSDR works you have P1 firmware in there.
Run PowerSDR. Go to Setup > General > Hardware Config. Look at what it reports for "Ver:" in the bottom right corner of that window.
