Sorry if this has been addressed ... I searched the Forum over but could not find anything.
Anan 200D on Thetis works fine on PC running the same subnet. Radio - 192.168.200.250 PC-192.168.200.116
Move the PC to another subnet in the house PC-192.168.1.175 and it will not connect to the radio
I can ping the radio with no problem but Thetis gives the error questioning if the 200D is connected and powered on.
It has to be something simple I am over looking but can't figure it out.
Thanks,
Randy

Does the radio and PC need to be on the same subnet?
Re: Does the radio and PC need to be on the same subnet?
Not sure why you have subnets...maybe you should switch to a class B or class A internal network address if you just want more address space and aren't actually routing anything special. Personally I use a class A internal address space.
Class A: 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255
Class B: 172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255
Class C: 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255
Doesn't appear Thetis has the ability to set the net mask.
Easiest thing for you to do is set up a second IP address for your computer on that subnet.
Next easiest is set up routing tables on your network router to route between the two subnets.
