Is this Ethernet speed "normal"?

Postby JJ4SDR » Sat Jul 08, 2023 8:26 pm

Wondering if this low (see image from Windows 10 below) Ethernet speed is normal? The green LED on the ANAN is flickering pretty fast (using a dumb Ethernet switch). I was expecting to see much higher numbers. Protocol 2 in use.

Here's my numbers, running RX1 and RX2, and taking up most of the screen on a 4K monitor. A few moments prior to grabbing the screenshot I was only running RX1 and the ethernet throughput was 50% lower, at 39 Mbps (you can see the jump in the ethernet icon):

So if you're running a single receiver in a lower screen-resolution session then I'd expect your ethernet throughput to be something lower than 39Mbps, all other things being equal.

Hey Mark!

Yes, just running RX1 so I guess the speed is "normal."

Thanks for your gracious help again yesterday! :)
