I got this back in Apr 2024 -- implies there is no active cooling....

I understand that there is no active cooling on the LPF board but 800 W out for digital and FM do need active cooling, as is in 100% of solid state linear amplifiers you can buy on real market.

They updated the specs on the booking page...1500W high power 800W low power (e.g. high duty cycle).

They are waiting for FCC/CE approval, which is expected in a couple of weeks.
The 1k5 was removed from the main page, because people kept placing orders.

Appears both are MIA. Looking under the menu selection for products, shows the same thing as the main web page. Only the G2 Saturn Ultra with the 8" display and the Ultra without a display.

Don't worry they are both back. There is a disclaimer they are not taking orders till FCC ID is granted. It also says that if you now place an order it will be cancelled. That does not mean they are cancelling those that have already pre-ordered.

Not worried. Just wondered what had changed. Hopefully, those that have pre-ordered will actually get their radios. Over two years and counting. One of my friends already canceled his order. It took a lot of back and forth but he finally got his money back.

Well, another Christmas has gone by or will be by in a couple days. This will be the third with no radio.. Hihi I really thought after speaking on the phone to California that early December or second week of December radios would be shipping. I called earlier this week got the answering machine, which is fine. But no return call. Sad it’s going to be another sad Christmas.
I’ve bought a Hermes and a little hundred watt amp from Ukraine have band pass filters for it so that’s my plan. I’ll run the Hermes and the old Flex 5000 with the Ten Tec Titan and will wait for next Christmas. Just maybe if I’m good. I’ll see a radio under the tree. Hihi then if there’s a good deal on an old Anan 7000 might just snatch it up and forget about this G2 thing.

ABHI, I am in my THIRD YEAR of waiting. Still, I have tried to be patient and understanding. And I have maintained faith & trust in A.L. (I even ventured out on the limb and ordered the new Amplifier as soon as it was available!)

We have not received any type of update in approximately 10 months?! OUT OF RESPECT for those who continue to be loyal to you and Apache Labs, don't you think it is time to give us an update?

Is it so hard time consuming to inform any 4-6 weeks the people who gave to you good money (thousands of $, not 1 as now) on the delivery of the booked systems?

No one is "forcing Tony to lie". Any company should be expected to present a minimum modicum of accountability. If Apache Labs has had someone's pre-order money for an inordinate amount of time without communication, they need to make an accountable statement.

Also on my 3 rd year waiting. I would think Apache Labs would keep the people who invested in the hopes of getting this radio up to date.
