Noise plugin CMD console

Hi, I have a Behringer CMD midi console from long time ago. I note 2 issues that has nothing to do in betwen.
When I unplug the CMD the noise in my Anan 100d reduce, when I plug it again, increase.
Another issue is that if I do changes in serial ports, cw, cat etc, I loose the connection with CMD, so I need go to setup and start configure MIDI.
