Andromeda 7" TFT Touch Display- alternative

Hello,
the original display from Newhaven (NHD-7.0-HDMI-HR-RSXP-CTU) seem to be unavailable at the moment.
Did anyone tried a different display e.g.
https://www.amazon.de/Waveshare-7inch-H ... 539&sr=8-3
Any ideas or experiences?
