4-core 11th gen i7 vs 6-core 10th gen i7

Looking to get a NUC just to run Thetis (7000DLE Mk2, recent build, protocol 1). I typically would go with the most recent build spec, but reading here indicates that more cores is a plus so wondering about a machine with 16gb RAM and either a 6-core 10th gen or 4-core 11th gen i7 chip. Price seems to be about the same.
