A reminder: no duplicate posting, please

So you've done the right thing: you've chosen an appropriate sub-forum for your post, you gave it a really good descriptive title, and your description of the problem you are having is clear and well detailed.

And then nobody answers your question.

So you then post it again in a different sub-forum or, worse, in an active topic that it not directly related to your question. And that's bad.

It's bad because people almost certainly did see your post and simply don't have an answer for you. Not only did it show up on the Active Topics list, which is always accessible from the "hamburger menu" at the top left, most people are curious enough to drill down into any forum that shows new activity.

It's bad because, when posted outside of the appropriate sub-forum it just wastes space and future searches will have people looking in the wrong place. And it's bad because it interrupts the focus of discussion by being off-topic.

So please don't "dupe"!

Thanks,

Scott
