Recently there have been a large number of people requesting another account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
In some cases the original account is years old, with zero posts, so perhaps some forgetfulness is a little excusable.
In some cases people have forgotten their passwords. Use the password recover feature or send email to the admin address.
In some cases people have wanted a new username or a new email address. This can be fixed, send me a PM on the forum.
But in some cases the previous account is literally only days or weeks old, which is
