I like the last skin at the bottom. Where can I get it and is it compatible with Thetis 2.8.11 (Protocol 1)?

AFAIK, all of Rob's skins are compatible with the latest version of Thetis, although you may need to download and install additional "button packs" from his site--not entirely sure about that.
