One year since ordering 7000DLE2 and still waiting

Hi,

If someone can help....

I ordered early January this year and still waiting. I've sent numerous emails but no replies.

Is there a contact number or email address that guarantees a response.
A year is a very long time, and I've paid in full.

David

David,

The actual Apache Labs folks seem to monitor this forum less often than they respond to emails.

Also, many people have reported that Apache tells them "We haven't been receiving your emails" when they finally make contact.

You might try sending email from different email addresses if you can set a few extra up on whatever free email services you can set something up on (like gmail, etc.).

Scott

OK, Thanks Scott for the tip.

I paid the remainder via Paypal, so I have 7 days remaining to initiate the dispute process.

Being so long now I'm of the view that it's unlikely to arrive, so it might be best to try and get some of my money back - if possible, while a small window is available.

Regards,
David

Wow one year, something must have been lost. I ordered mine in early December 2022 and I've been told its in manufacturing and should ship within a week. I have been sending my inquiries to support@apache-labs.com and Tony has responded to me within 24 hours every time. Seems very odd. Hope you get in touch with them soon.

I've sent emails to [support@apache-labs.com] but never had a reply.

If anyone reading this does manage to contact a support person, if it's not too much of a problem I'd appreciate if you could reference this post, and with a bit of luck they'll message me here. The original order was placed, and a deposit was paid way back on January 12, 2022.

Ftr, the final invoice was paid in full on July 3 2022.

Some good news...

I finally received an email from Apache support, even if it was a courtesy copy from support, but at least someone is (hopefully) investigating.

They claim that several emails were sent, but I received none, nor any phone calls or messages, until today.

Did they give you any info on when they will ship it?

Glad it got sorted out David. That was a horrendous delay but I think you will like the ANAN/Thetis performance very much.
