Hi all
(and a happy new year to the indefatigable Scott WU2O)


a friend of mine ordered a 14-bit Apache board a month or two ago (maybe even longer, I don't remember exactly). Obviously, his payment was accepted, but he hasn't heard anything since.

To whom can he send an e-mail to get confirmation of his order and a possible delivery date? I have not found any contact address for the purely commercial part of Apache Labs, which is why I am using the forum.

The only email they have is the one on their website, support@apache-labs.com.

If you read the other topics on the forum, you'll find there is a recurring theme whereby people do not get email responses because Apache says that they were not receiving the emails in question. So if you are sending from email address "a" and get nothing back, all I can suggest is try sending from a different email address.
