A friend is intrigued by Apache products but seems somewhat concerned over the size of the company and possible issues with repairs if and when needed. He is right here in the U.S.

Where can you ship radios for in-warranty (and out-of-warranty) repairs in the U.S.? Telephone support available here?

My radio was Made in Australia, but I believe that manufacturing is back in India these days. I have had my ANAN for about 1.5 years now.

What can I tell him?

There is a link on the main website for service and repair. Here in the US it is W5WC.
Doug is a good tech and offers great support and service.

Doug is excellent. If you need a hardware repair, Doug is precise, speedy and thorough.

However, remember that Apache only supports their hardware. There is no phone support (or any support) from Apache where firmware or software is concerned except to host this forum. If you can't figure out how to make the radio work then posting in this forum or calling a friend is pretty much the only recourse.
