Hello I am having an issue with making online payment for new radio purchace. When I try to use paypal or credit card I get a message “Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later”?
Not sure what to do to make a payment.

Hey John

If I am thinking correctly, I think that may have something to do with your credit card.

My particular credit bank needed me to verify to them that it was indeed ME purchasing the item, especially for certain amounts.
Also, some may have a problem paying for items overseas.

Check into those items with your credit card company. That could be the problem.

Now that you mention it, I recall having the same problem you described. My card company rejected the charge because 1) it was a larger amount than I had a history of transacting, and 2) it was an overseas merchant. I contacted the card company and the payment went through on the second try.

Good catch Mark. I had to contact my credit card company and have them note a pending international order from Apache Labs as well as the approximate amount to be charged. It went right through once I got off the phone with them.

I tried to place an order and am getting the exact same error. I tried to pay via PayPal, when it tries to open the PayPal pay page it gives the error message “things don’t appear to be working at the moment. please try again later.”

I sent a email to support about the problem and hoping for a payment link but so far no return response. I didn’t try the credit card route as of yet.

Yes my CC was rejecting payment but all is fine now.

Yeah, I really don't mind waiting. I have waited now for over 5 years to get one of these SDR rigs, and now that I have one ordered, I am at peace.

Meanwhile, while I am waiting for it to arrive, I am reading everything I can find in order to operate it, and from what I have been reading, it will be very interesting.

Clear your PC CACHE after first attempt, flush it should work,

I had the same issue when trying to make payment using PayPal and credit card. The only way I could make payment in the end was to send an email to Apache and Tony got back to me with invoice attached - And only then I could make the payment.
