NUC delivery update

For the past year, I have been waiting for the delivery of my Nuc in exchange for the one received with my Anan who did not work and which I returned.
So Abhi what hope do I have to receive it?
The year 2024 is already well started ...
By the way is this behavior with customers honest?

Hello Abhi,
Here, we are now in March 2024 and my Anan 7000 and I are still waiting for NUC to replace the one who was defective and who was returned during the summer of 2023.
When can I hope to receive it because it is available worldwide?
I think that at least one answer on your part would be the least of the politeness, unless you do not intend to send it to me at all.
In this case, it is clearly necessary to tell me.

It seems that Apache Labs people rarely, if ever, look at the forum, and even more rarely post anything.
Are you posting here because they are not answering your emails?
