ANAN 7000 DLE no ouput - BIAS supply dead

Hello all,
my ANAN 7000 DLE does not deliver output anymore (0W). Current is 0A. Checking the finals Mosfets I found out that there seems to be a problem in the BIAS supply
When switching to transmit mode the Drain of Q3 is showing only 0,7V instead of 12V. Source voltage is ok. So there must be somethig wrong with Q3 and/or U11. I will check further.
Did anybody notice a similar problem?
