out of band transmission

Hello ,
I am using my ANAN10 as an IF for 23cm. 28>30=1296>1298. I am not using the transverter bands but really the normal 28Mhz TX/RX output.
Soon , because of Galileo , we will have to migrate to 1298>1300.
At the moment , it is not possible with anan10/powersdr to TX from 30>32. I understand the restriction , but in case of transverter IF so not antenna transmission, could it be possible to make this possible? I don't know wether it is an anan firmware or Powersdr limitation.
Any help?

Are you really still using PowerSDR? Why not Thetis?

In either case, selecting the "extended" option for the region setting should allow operation in the manner you want.
