Changing Encoder directions?

I have a PiHPSDR controlling my Anan 100D, I have just installed the latest version 2.0.8 rc1 and it has solved the issues when using Transverter.
But my VFO know tunes the opposite way to what it did before, I remember I changed this with the previous version by changing the GPIO allocations, but these all seem to have changed in the latest version and the information to swop the direction , no longer seems to apply.
Can anyone advise on how I can change the tuning direction.
Many thanks

Hi Anthony,
Try changing the profile in the initial screen - the one you see before a radio is actually discovered.

BTW do you have a link to the upgrade process? I remember seeing it somewhere, but have lost the link.
I upgraded yesterday and lost audio on Ch#1. Ch#2 works fine, so I ran in split mode this evening, I did not see any other changes, so perhaps I did something wrong.

Erik Thanks for replying.
I did try changing the settings in that part but that part seems to have all changed from the previous documented version.
The Install/update instruction are here

Thanks Anthony,
It looks like the installation instructions have not changed then. Thanks.

I have managed to change the encoder direction, but I had to manually edit the GPio.props file, it doesn't seem to save/use the settings if it changed using the profile on the initialisation screen.
