Good morning,
I am looking for assistance with the following:
Conditions: Anan 7000DLE Protocol 2, SDR Console v3.0.5, Anan connected directly to the computer.
Issue: When starting SDR Console I get: "error connection to 192.168.x.x:50000. Timeout after 5 seconds"

Anan 7000DLE work with Thetis.

Hi Al,

Check your Windows Firewall for any inbound and outbound rules that are restricting traffic between SDR Console and the ANAN. The SDR Console software uses "keep alive" packets to assure that the connection is viable, which the Windows Firewall seems to block by default. I found more than one rule in the Inbound and Outbound rules list that were not set to "Allow" for SDR Console and ran into a similar issue with my directly connected ANAN when I first tried it.
