1) when it goes wrong, is it maximised?
2) Please try it @250% with the window smaller than the display, and drag the window edge to adjust its size slightly

Hi Richie if make the window small it still does it if I stretch the window it still does it but if I double click the top bar twice shrink and then maximize it straightens out or if I pull from one screen and back to the other it corrects definitely some type of resizing issue.
one thing I failed to mention is I am on windows 11 so it may be a driver issue.
I have switched that monitor to my onboard video card for now and everything works fine it seems this may be a glitchy Nvidia windows 11 driver which is to be expected right now I guess.
just strange that it had been ok then boom but I guess that's the price we pay for living on the bleeding edge right lol.
