Skins Display Pic

Postby KD1GA » Mon Feb 06, 2023 3:10 pm

I can't seem to get the display pic to show as background in panadapter. I made sure is was named correctly. Also in the drop down to pick skins, mine seems to be limited to only showing 5 skins not all the skins in the folder. Any help or suggestions would be truly appreciated, Thanks

If you don't see all your skins you may have placed them in the wrong folder. The skin folder for Thetis is

C:\Users\your windows username goes here\AppData\Roaming\OpenHPSDR\Skins

Also, Thetis only loads the list of skin names it finds in that folder when it starts. So if you move skins around, restart Thetis.

If you don't see the graphic in the panadapter, it could be because "Disable picDisplay" is enabled (Setup > Appearance > General) or because the Grid Background Alpha setting is set too low (Setup > Appearance > RX Display).

Thanks a bunch, it was the grid alpha background setting!
