windows 10
exported the database
uninstalled Thetis 2.9.0.6
installed 2.9.0.8
imported the database
got an error. read error transmit profiles table

there are no saved transmit profiles
the standard profiles are there to add but my custom ones are not

so I uninstalled 2.9.0.8
re-installed 2.9.0.6

same read error when importing the sane database
I made new custom transmit profiles and they load fine when loading the program

well made a copy of the database to work with and opened it up with a text editor and all the settings are right there, so I can recover them.

why it will not read the transmit profiles is another question.

I noted this issue in another post. Luckily the settings as you noted are still in the DB. I just copied and pasted the settings and was able to easily recover them without having to redo them within the GUI.

Ok I will try the copy and paste instead of reading and changing in the GUI

thanks

I must be doing something wrong.

I can not import even an exported transmit profile database.

No matter which database I import, the Transmit profiles table gets a read error

If I make a transmit profile and 'export current profile"

then try to import just the transmit profile database, I get the same read error.

"Database error reading TxProfile Table"

This is what I had to do.

I am not able to import any transmit profiles from either a backup database or a backup Transmit Profile file.

The only thing that allowed me to recover my transmit profiles was to directly edit the current database with copy and paste.

If I import any database, I get an empty transmit profile.

I ended up putting my ESSB transmit profile in the box of standard profiles that can be included. Those can then be included but even after included, then the database backed up, importing the database results in the read file error and no active transmit profiles.

Anybody have any issues like this or have any ideas how to fix this?

I recovered my transmit profiles, but I can not back them up and then import them.
