Hello,
Is a plan to have Call sign or image, TX on waterfall ?

No.
There is plenty of software out there to do this already, just like you need to use WSJT-X, or JS8Call, or Fldigi, etc.
The app "SonicPhoto" seems to be popular for this, but there are many others.

yes i'm familiar with this applications… But I remember that PowerSDR have it so.....

The openHPSDR version of PowerSDR never did that. You are thinking of the Flex version of PowerSDR like the one from KE9NS.
