DirectX Resize Error with Custom Meters after Windows 11 Beta Update

Getting the Resize Error that was mentioned awhile back, after Windows 11 Beta updated to 23H2 Build 22631.2129.

The problem exists if any custom Meters exist.

Restarted Windows with Clean Boot and the problem remains.

DxDiag shows no problem with DirectX.

Just reporting my observation and wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

Is it possible to roll back the update?

I've had at least 2 updates since I saw the problem rear its head, so I'd have to roll back several versions. I'm not sure that can be done except to start with a fresh (reset) install of the latest released Win11.

I have found I can make a container and if I keep the container window at its default size and fill it with the quantity of meters that can be viewed within the default container size, I can place the container were i want with no issues. However, as soon as you change the container size the error occurs and the meters stop working and you have to restart Thetis, you also cant resize the main console window or the error occurs. Not a great fix but if you really want your meters its a work around. Interesting to see if this is a windows issue or if older Direct X dependent applications will need to be changed.

I just received the latest Win11 Beta Update Stack Package for Build 22631.2265 and it appears to have fixed the DirectX Resize Error. :)

Carry on!

Yes! The latest update fixed the Direct-X issues here as well.
