Cat control from ddutils

I've been using DDutils for some time to control my power setting etc depending on if my amplifier is on-line. This worked well from powersdr days up to Thetis 10.1. DDUtils was connected via the cat1 port. I've been using Thetis 10.1 with windows 7. I installed 10.3.4 and nearly fried my amp, trhere's no comms between DDutils and Thetis, the command to start/stop also doesn't work. Settings seem to have transferes across from 10.1 ok, I see no change in the cat settings.

Any thoughts?
