Strange setting for VAC

Postby Shin » Sat Apr 20, 2024 1:57 am

I am trying to use the Thetis v2.10.3.6 in the miniPC. But I have the problem in the VAC1 setting. If I set the microphone like “USB Soud Device“ to the input for VAC1, the output for VAC1 (speaker output) stops. But if I set “Soud Mapper” for the input, the speaker works. Isn’t it strange? And in the condition of setting “Soud Mapper”, It seems the Transmitter Equalizer does not work well. However, the Thetis works well in the other PC which was updated from Windows 10 to 11. I am looking forward to some advice.

I found this problem depends on microphone. Some is OK, but some is not. But all of them works fine in another apps including PowerSDR.

Not sure what's causing this, but I have seen similar behavior recently.
