ANAN-G2 Shipping Update

Contact Apache Labs show them a copy of you invoice and they may be able to get you back in the cue.

Since October 2022, the store never got any updates at all. Just got more info than the store, via this and other forums. I emailed Apache Labs, the problem is no response yet, in all of that time. Tried one more time, to see if anything will happen.

I ordered the 8000DLE 500W at HRO on October 6, 2022 and it was paid in full. There are no longer selling them due to some reasons. Some received news that they will receive the G2 1KW version instead. Neither the store or myself got anything as updates on this. The only update was to let us know there will be up to a 2 years wait.

It is my understanding that this manufacturing delay only applies to the G1 (Gen 1) radios but does not affect the new G2 Saturn based radios. This is due to the fact that the main processor that the Gen1 radios use is no longer available and should not affect the G2 radios as they use a different and more powerful processor.

Hi All,

Here is a quick update on the shipping status for the various G2 models:

1. ANAN-G2 100W will commence shipments tomorrow, orders will strictly ship in the sequence they were received. We will invoice orders as soon as they are next in queue for shipment to prevent delays.

2. ANAN-G2 1K radios are also in active production, due to the larger number of sub-assemblies these are taking longer than anticipated to assemble. I will share once we have a firm ship date on this model.

Due to the large number of pre-orders please be patient if you do not receive an invoice right away.

Anyone reading this forum should know Apache-labs has zero customer relation or support. If they say delivery starts June 10 deliver could be anywhere between 1-12 months. Is no use sending e-mails or posts on this forum, they will not response.

The only way to get a reply is to send a angry e-mail with CAPITAL letters threatening to come knocking on their door with a camera and live Youtube feed.

Its a shame with such a great product from a poorly run company.

Clearing things up about my G-2 100

This was a brand new exchange from my 7kDLE MK III Purchased in JANUARY, An arrangement was made with Apache Labs in Late March of this year for the Exchange, So it was not ordered Via the Customary bases thru there order page. my 7kDLE MK II I had an issue (I wont get into details) It was sent in to Apache repair Center, I requested to exchange the MK III for a G-2 1ttw. Abhi then Approved.

I'm not sure what that says about the situation, they either haven't updated the website (very plausible considering we don't even know what mic connector is on the thing) or they haven't sold as many as expected, less than 50.

Either way, I'm out for now, it may be a great radio but the constant delays, vague information and complete lack of communication about something I'm dropping $4000+ on has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Refund requested. Hopefully it works out for those who have been waiting for many months.

G2 with display must kinda be like an andromeda? only using the raspberry pie for display and such. cant wait for my G2 100 with no display, any word yet on startup? or just plug it in and hope for the best!
