Thetis v2.10.3.5 final release
Re: Thetis v2.10.3.5 final release
New call sign EA3CL
Re: Thetis v2.10.3.5 final release
Many thanks Richie and all others involved.
The rate of these updates has kept this the most interesting SDR radio ever.
I remember in the early days of Flex they said it would be like having a new radio every other week.
Well you have made this a reality and perhaps someone at EE should take note at how quick things can progress.
I do have one complaint about your coding being to realistic. Just as in real life Santa keeps making an appearance and walks straight on by without leaving me any presents
Must be on his naughty list as well.
Richie have a fantastic Christmas, thanks for everything this year and I look forward to next years magic.
All the best
Paul

Re: Thetis v2.10.3.5 final release
.
Updated release for 2.10.3.5. Will show 'u2' in the titlebar. Version number will not change.
An issue was identified causing the Spectrum Grid Min Val not being restored per band, caused by recent 'dead code' clean out.
also
- [fix] layout issue with PA powers when watt mode selected
- [add] option added to TCI to convert an inbound CW mode message to CWU if related VFO at or above 10MHz
- [change] tidied the PBSNR normalise layout in Options2

Re: Thetis v2.10.3.5 final release
Is there any chance of an option to dock the meter container/s with the main Thetis window when the containers are outside Thetis please?
Not sure if it is a setting I have not ticked, but when moving thetis on screen or minimizing thetis to the taskbar, the meters are left behind on their own. I pretty sure they would minimize in an earlier version?

Re: Remove, or Change, Tx Slider Limit To Adjustable Value
Running x64 Thetis v2.10.3.5 u2 on Win10 connected to ANAN-100B. Works pretty good. However, when I went to use the direct Watts tx slider recently, I noticed there is now a limit, and "over 69%" indicator placed on the main panel slider for 6m, i.e. a 70% -100% of FS red line and no value increase after 69% FS.
I guess the idea was to make it harder to over drive the amp on 6m. But, it also makes setting up the slider scaling more difficult.- you can not easily set linearizing corrections for the 70. 80. 90 and 100 positions accurately and setting the tx slider for anything within 30% of what is actually available (from your radio) can only be enabled by setting the slider FS higher than that value.
To fix this problem, I would like like the limit removed, or made user adjustable in settings. The "70% and over." red line is Ok, but should be there for all bands, vs just 6m.

Right click on the bar and drag to set the limit.k6avp wrote:Running x64 Thetis v2.10.3.5 u2 on Win10 connected to ANAN-100B. Works pretty good.
