Digital Voice for Thetis..?

Assumiing not hardware limited will Thetis be adding a Digital Voice mode?

There's no hardware limits to speak of other than the CPU that's in the PC running Thetis. And that is also generally not an issue. It doesn't take very much additional CPU to run digital voice (assumed to be FreeDV/RADE).

It would be terribly convenient to have that in Thetis. However, there is a challenge in that FreeDV undergoes it's own, separate, development cycle. Without some careful coordination, it could make things difficult on the Thetis side.

It seems that in the demo links you provided that FreeDV was incorporated into Thetis via the creator of the demos. I'll have to investigate further.

You appear to be misinterpreting the videos. That is not FreeDV incorporated into Thetis. That is FreeDV running alongside Thetis.
